Subject: Application for psychology internship programme at your institute.

Respected Sir,

I was intrigued by your internship offers which I saw on your website, few days ago. I am submitting a formal letter of interest for the position of a clinical psychologist intern position at your clinic. I have completed my graduation from the University of Manchester and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

It would be a great opportunity for me to work as a psychologist intern because I would be able to develop new therapeutic skills and explore vital psychological processes. My experience has made me self ethical and I have good interpersonal and communicational skills. As a psychologist intern at your clinic, I will assist you with research work and deliver optimum care to the people. My education has skilled me to organise surveys, compile analytical reports and carry out research operations. As a psychologist student major, I am exposed to several courses related to child and adolescent development.

I have enclosed my resume along with this letter for your full information about my education and expertise. I would like to have an opportunity to discuss with you my skills and qualifications. Thanks a lot for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Tom Henry
