Dear Mr. James

I am writing this letter to inform you that our company has completed doing the review of all your manufacturing units   in order to find out the potential areas of power savings. Our fifteen engineers visited your three manufacturing units for the last six months and they have submitted their final recommendations to my office. I am sending you the detailed report through fax with this letter. Your company will have a total savings of $350000 per year in case you are successful in implementing all the recommendations of our analyst engineers. The estimated cost in implementing the recommendation would be in the tune of $250000 initially.
