Respected Mr. Lee,

This is to bring to your notice regarding the kind of customer service I experienced at your bank when I had gone for transaction on 1st of May 2012.  I believe that it is one the best customer service experiences that I ever had.

I hold a savings account with your bank with number SB/7070/78007. I had gone to the bank on 1st of May 2012 to deposit a check. I was attended by one of your customer service representatives. On pulling up my account details he saw that the name mentioned in the check differed from the one mentioned in my account. I needed to deposit the check urgently in order to maintain my minimum balance. Due to the presence of mind of the particular customer service representative I was able to overcome my problem and deposit my check. He was also very polite with his behavior.

I am really satisfied by the customer service received by me and would like to appreciate the effort of the individual. I am herewith enclosing the details of the employee with whose services I am really happy.
