Subject: Cover letter for customer service email
Dear Mr. King,
This letter is in regards to the email that I have received from the customer service department regarding the nonpayment of the amount by me for the services availed from your clinic. I would like to bring to your notice that I have made the full payment of the amount on the same day I availed the services.
I had got an ultra sonography and a blood test done from your clinic on 29th of April 2012. Your customer service executive has sent me an email mentioning that my payment for the blood test is outstanding. I am unable to understand that on what grounds have they sent me this mail. I find this very insulting and am very disappointed by your customer service department.
I would request you to look into this matter and take immediate action. I am enclosing a copy of my bill and a print out of the email received from your customer service department along with the cover letter.
